I have just encountered another instance of a scammer gaining access to someone’s by illegally obtaining their password. Please ensure you use a strong password for your email account and use it exclusively for that purpose. Remember that your email can serve as a gateway to your other accounts via forgotten password links. To help improve security, always use-factor authentication if available, or even better, passkeys.
