This Memorandum of Understanding is between the Cambridgeshire Constabulary (CC) and Cambridgshire Neighbourhood Watch Association (CNWA). Each force area has a single association which has formal relationship with the National Neighbourhood Watch Network which is the charity that all registered schemes and memebers belong too.
