This Memorandum of Understanding is between the Office of the Police and Crime Comissioner (PCC) and Cambridgshire Neighbourhood Watch Association (CNWA). Each force area has a single association which has formal relationship with the National Neighbourhood Watch Network which is the charity that all registered schemes and members belong too.
