There is a template on V4 which is sent to all Coordinators on the day their area goes live. This has the guide to administering your scheme and it is also available on Knowledge Hub. We also run a session every couple of months with helping Coordinators to manage their scheme on the new system. When someone becomes a Coordinator, please make sure that they have received the information.
